Photography Consent Policy

As part of any registration you complete for the club, you will be asked if you consent to Photographs / Video being taken of your child in line with the below policy. Please read this carefully before consenting, if you have any questions or concerns about this policy, or in the future if you wish to withdraw consent at any time. In accordance with our child safeguarding procedures, we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the child or the parent if the child is under 16.

Retford United Juniors FC will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should contact our Child Welfare Office imediately.

Images and videos will only be taken by approved members of the club, who have been DBS checked and have completed Safeguarding for Children training.

By consenting to this policy, you confirm that both you and your child (or you if you are the child and are over 16):

-Give permission for photographs to be used within the club for display purposes

-Give permission for photographs to be used within our printer publications

-Give permission for photographs to be used on the club's website

-Give permission for videos to be used on the club's website

-Give permission for photographs to be used on the club's social media

-Give permission for videos to be used on the club's social media

-Agree to inform the club if my child does not consent to have their photo taken, even if I consent as their parent.
